Procurement Coordinator
SALARY £35,000 - £43,000
The Role:
We’re working closely with an award-winning interior design studio known for their beautifully crafted residential and hospitality projects. With several new schemes kicking off, they’re looking for a confident and detail-driven Procurement Coordinator to join their friendly, close-knit team.
You’ll be working across stunning interiors projects, sourcing FF&E, managing supplier relationships, and helping make sure everything arrives on time, on budget, and exactly as intended.
Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing procurement schedules and design specs
Sourcing FF&E, antiques, and bespoke items
Tendering, negotiating, and placing orders
Tracking deliveries, working with logistics partners
Coordinating installations and snagging
Managing budgets, invoices, and final reconciliation
Reporting on progress to the design and client teams
Key Skills:
3+ years’ experience in procurement, ideally in FF&E or interiors
Strong Excel and organisational skills
A sharp eye for detail
Calm, collaborative, and proactive
Clear communication and a team mindset
