Finance Manager
SALARY £50,000+
OVERVIEW:We’re supporting a growing international consultancy working at the intersection of design, engineering, and sustainability. They’re looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to lead their small finance team and help steer the company through its next phase of growth.
You’ll take ownership of day-to-day finance operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance, while supporting senior leadership with strategic insight and analysis. It’s a varied role with real influence, ideal for someone confident leading finance in a dynamic, design-led business.
Key Responsibilities:Managing financial operations, reporting, and cash flow
Leading budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Supporting strategic decisions with financial insight
Ensuring compliance with UK regulations
Overseeing group accounts and inter-company transactions (if applicable)
Leading and developing a small finance team
Key Skills:Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or nearing completion
Previous experience in a finance leadership role
Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards
Proficient in Xero, QuickBooks, and Excel
Collaborative, organised, and confident communicator
