Proposal Coordinator

SALARY £40,000



The Role:

A leading multidisciplinary consultancy is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to join their established bids team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creating compelling proposals, working collaboratively, and being part of a friendly, supportive environment. Unlike many bids roles, the team genuinely values work/life balance and offers hybrid working (typically 3 days from home per week).

Key Responsibilities:

You’ll coordinate and support bid submissions across the UK, working closely with Business Development, technical teams and design specialists.

  • Coordinating bid submissions from start to finish

  • Reviewing documentation and ensuring compliance

  • Collaborating with technical teams and graphic designers

  • Maintaining CRM records and supporting pipeline management

  • Capturing best practices and contributing to bid libraries

Key Skills:
  • 1–3 years of bid or proposal coordination experience

  • Strong writing and editing skills

  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and MS Office

  • Experience in the built environment (AEC sectors) beneficial

  • APMP membership or certification desirable
