Production Coordinator
SALARY £35,000 - £40,000
THE COMPANY:An internationally recognised design studio, known for delivering high-end, design-led products for global projects, is looking for a hands-on Production Coordinator to join its growing furniture collections team.
You’ll support the delivery of products from concept through to manufacture and final delivery, working with suppliers across the UK, Europe and Asia.
The Role:You’ll coordinate the production lifecycle across a mix of standard and bespoke products, ensuring timelines, quality and costs are managed effectively.
Working closely with product development, sales and external suppliers, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:Coordinate production from order through to delivery
Manage supplier relationships across UK, EU and Asia
Monitor timelines, costs and lead times to ensure efficient delivery
Support quality control and resolve production challenges
Assist with stock forecasting, logistics and inventory planning
Maintain accurate systems and reporting across production workflows
Key Skills:2–3 years’ experience in production, supply chain or operations within design/interiors/product
Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive
Solutions-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communicator, comfortable working with different stakeholders

You’ll be supported by an experienced Head of Department within a growing team, with scope to develop as the business expands.
